Q: Do we carry first quality fabrics?
A: Yes we do. All of our fabrics are guaranteed first quality.
All of our fabrics come direct from the mill.
Q: Do we have a minimum order?
A: On some fabrics we do on others we do not. There is an
$8.00 cut fee per mill for orders that are 5 yards and under.
Q: What happens if the fabric I receive has flaws in it?
A: It is very rare for this to occur; however, if it does,
do not cut your fabric. Notify us immediately and we will
replace it at no extra charge to you.
Q: What do I do if I get the fabric and do not like it?
A: There will be a 25% restocking fee on all fabric orders
plus the cost of shipping. To avoid this situation we recommend
you order a swatch of the fabric
before you place your fabric order. If fabric has been cut
it can not be returned. All claims must be made within 30
days. Refused shipments or cancellations after shipment has
been made are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping.
Q: Do we carry discontinued fabric?
A: No we do not.

How do I clean my fabric?
A: We recommend dry cleaning for most fabrics unless otherwise
specified.
Q: Do we scotch guard, Teflon coat or flame proof our fabrics?
